Appointments

If you have an emergency, please contact our office by phone, not via email.

Office visits are by appointments and the length of the appointment and time depends on the type of visit required.

Office hours are 8:00am – 5:30pm Monday through Friday. Saturday appointments are available in the Royal Palm Beach office

New patient appointments are available at 8:00am, 8:15am, 11:00am, 1:30pm, 2:00pm, 4:30pm and 5:00pm as well as on Saturday mornings.

The initial sequence of appointments is as follows:

Exam

The initial evaluation will consist of reviewing the medical and dental history forms (mailed prior to your visit), explaining treatment needs and goals as well as possible alternatives. This is a "get to know you", "show and tell visit". (There is no fee for the initial examination.)

Records

Specific x-rays and photographs are taken to verify and refine information from the exam and to finalize the treatment plan. Records can be taken at the exam visit.

Consultation

Time will be spent reviewing treatment needs and answering all questions prior to initiating treatment. It is our goal to have our patients both knowledgeable and comfortable prior to starting.

Financial

Financial arrangements are flexible with an initial fee, monthly payments, and no interest charges. Outside financial arrangements are possible with no interest, no initial fee, and just monthly payments. If you have orthodontic coverage through dental insurance, our insurance specialist will work with you in order to integrate the benefits with the fee structure.
