Susan – Office Manager

Communicating with our patients and their families is one of the favorite parts of my job.  I love seeing our patients happy, especially when their braces are removed. Their smiles beat any celebrity smile seen on the red carpet. We pride ourselves in creating a relaxed environment in the office—where Dr. Feuer and staff are dedicated to taking care of their patients.

I am married with two adult children, a daughter-in-law, and a Golden Retriever. I am a trained Speech and Hearing Therapist. My secret vices are: frozen yogurt, cool whip, and asparagus! When not working, I enjoy walking the dog, yoga, reading, and traveling.

Marcella – Receptionist/ Insurance Coordinator

I greet each patient that comes into our office with a smile and help to make their orthodontic experience positive. Our office is professional but fun, and I love helping out my coworkers whenever they need me to help make sure things run smoothly.

I was born in Jamaica, WI, and I love to travel and sing. I also enjoy doing volunteer work in Africa.

Mercedes – Receptionist/ Secretary

I have worked for Dr. Feuer for 21 years, greeting patients and scheduling appointments. I have great respect for him and he is truly a wonderful doctor. Over these many years, I have met a lot of families and I still love hearing about what’s going on in their lives.

I love spending time with my family, my husband, son, and two grandchildren. We also have a cat named Fluffy and a bird named Missy. When I have free time I enjoy cooking, baking, shopping, and playing with my grandchildren in the park.

Sari – Lab Technician

I have been Dr. Feuer’s in house lab technician for 26 years, saving our patients time and money by fabricating their appliances while they wait. We also offer a limitless array of colors and color combinations should our patients wish to exercise their own imagination and individualize their appliances. I don’t get to spend a lot of time with our patients, but when I do I love to see them smile and laugh.

Trish – Certified Orthodontic Assistant/ Compliance Coordinator

My job is great because I get to assist Dr. Feuer and have fun with patients. I love working with our patients, having fun and joking around with them, and mostly, seeing them smile. Everybody gets along so great here. We really are like a family.

My family consists of three horses, nine dogs, two birds, two frogs, fish, and turtles. I love going to concerts, festivals, basketball games, and just having fun. I also love animals so I'm always trying to get everyone to adopt something!

Kelly – Certified Orthodontic Assistant/ Treatment Coordinator

I love assisting Dr. Feuer in making beautiful smiles! Our patients are great and I love hearing about their sports, family, and friends. The people I work with are the best part of my job. My team members are like my sisters and Dr. Feuer always joins in the office fun. Our patients always leave with a smile!

I have three daughters, one son-in-law, and a granddaughter. I love to take my dogs, Chipper and Oliver, on long walks, making jewelry, reading, shopping, and watching sports.

Claudia – Certified Orthodontic Assistant/ Sterilization Manager

I work with our patients every day to help them achieve their goal of a beautiful smile. We talk about sports, hobbies, school, and family, and I really enjoy getting to know all about their lives. Dr. Feuer is easy to work with and has a wonderful temperament. Our office is always a fun place.

I enjoy spending time with my family, my husband, and our daughter and son, going for walks, and dancing. I have a puppy who I can’t house train but he loves to get dirty and run away from me!
